*AICP Budget
This budget template is commercial production standard. It covers virtually every category and line you'll need for today's productions. Working Budget and Actuals columns included, so you can bid the project, track it in real time, and then see actuals after plugging in expenses in the PO Log tab. (Integrated version coming soon.)
*Call Sheet
This is your standard call sheet, with sections for Crew, Talent, and Client contact info, as well as Scheduling section, and plenty of space for Location details. Remove or add rows and columns as needed.
One-Page Budget
Sometimes you don't need 300+ lines and 8 pages to your budget. Here's a concise version with just 75 lines. (Add/remove as needed, just make sure to check those formulas)
Paying crew labor and talent through payroll? You can add a percent for "pension and welfare" (P&W). Want to add a fee or margin calculation? Contact me for quick customization.
Petty Cash Report
Maybe it's cold hard cash, maybe it's all via Venmo. Whether it's in envelopes or digital, petty cash is most likely going to be needed for your job. Here's a simple Expense Report template with some helpful PC tips. Add columns and rows as needed. (The numbers correlate to the AICP Budget). And as always, make sure to check those =SUM formulas.
Travel Grid
Planes, trains and automobiles? Here's a simple way to track those movements.
One tab for movements, one for passenger info like seat preference, frequent flyer accounts, etc.
Location Agreement
A standard location agreement between any establishment and production company for use of their space. They may have their own version they'd want to use instead of or in addition to yours, but its always good to have one in your back pocket.
This agreement covers activity, copyright, compensation, cancellation, insurance, and confidentiality. You may want to add, remove, or change things.

Deal Memo (1-page)
This one-sheet Deal Memo is perfect for any freelance crew member. Includes basic sections for description of services, compensation, and indemnity. Standard language is for non-union, work-for-hire engagement. You may want to add, remove, or change things.

Appearance Release (1-page)
Got a human's face, voice, or likeness in your project? Get their permission with this one-page Appearance Release. Need a public space covered? Ask me about the Wide Area Release.

Scheduling Formats
Choose from a variety of layouts - Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Horizontal, Vertical - to meet the needs of your project. These simple spreadsheets allow you the flexibility of building your own specific schedules, without the leg work of building the bones.
Deliverables Sheet
The deliverables list is important to keep in mind throughout the whole process, not just at the end. Keep track of everything your post vendor or media partner will need to know. Remove or add rows or columns as needed.
